At this time, the Humane Society is not able to pick up injured animals.

For domesticated animal rescue, please call the Kent County Animal Shelter for assistance at (616) 336-3210. Please note, the Animal Shelter does not pick up injured or stray cats.

For injured or abandoned wildlife, please contact Peg and Roger Markel at (616) 361-6109.

For general wildlife questions, or to admit injured, sick or abandoned birds of prey and reptiles, please contact Blandford Nature Center at (616)735-6240. Please note, Blandford does not go offsite for wildlife rescue at this time.
